JALSA INCREDIBLE COLLECTION

It’s awesome. Incredible. Amazing. Jalsa’s first day collections have created a history of sorts with many records keep on crumbling.

Jalsa, the most anticipated film of recent times, has hit the halls today and it has more than lived up to the expectations. The grand opening was simply awesome with a collection of more then seven crore rupees all over the world.

Jalsa, featuring Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Ileana in the lead, was released all over the country and in major centres in foreign countries. The collection has created history by breaking many records. This is the highest collection in 76 years of Telugu film history and also the first for any regional film in south India in a single state.

Jalsa, directed by Trivikram, is released in record number of theatres (23) in Vijaywada and more than 1 lakh people watched the movie on Day 1 in the district.

The grandeur of the achievement could be understood by the fact that it has collected more than seven crores on the first day as opposed to the average collection of 8 crores for the big films during the first week.

Jalsa is heading towards an unprecedented success with the first day’s trend is expected to continue in the coming days.

Guntur: 56, 00,000

East Godavari: 60, 00,000

Karnataka: 32, 00,000
Rest of India: 21, 00,000
Overseas: 36, 00,000

Total 1st Day Collections 7, 67, 75,000

OTHER RECORDS:

Jalsa Music release function was broad casted by 4 Telugu TV channels and recorded 27.95 TRP rating and bagged Record breaking film event.
35 lakhs units of audio cassettes were sold in the first week of audio release.
2 lakhs caller tunes downloaded.
Jalsa songs broadcasted 64 times every day in FM Radio.(34 times was the old record)
First time, Jalsa Standees placed various towns and cities of AP.
Jalsa mobile and online game launched. This is the first time to happen in Tollywood.

Jalsa World Record

Pawan Kalyan’s Jalsa stood stood 9th place at the world Box office with its collection of first week. The film has collected Rs21 crores in the first week run. Allu Arvind has organized Press meet to inform this today evening in Hyderabad.1. Jalsa stood 9th place at world Box office.2. 1.15 Crores watched the film in the first week

3. The film has collected Rs21 Crores in the first week- a record in Tollywood.

4. Box office Majo- has conducted a survey worldwide and published in their magazine that Jalsa is the 9th highest Gross collector in the world, in the first week of its release.

5. First time A Telugu film Jalsa got the place in the world box office.

pavan have a good following, but………………..
he might have done much better than what is ………..
he neglected puri jagannath’s idiot, amma nanna tamil ammai,
puri neglected pavan for ‘pokiri’ the biggest hit in 75 years telugu industry.

jalsa is very good film, but people expect something more frm pawan. Pawan u have the only ability to create any new records. So pls keep going on to do good movies. U have so many fans like me.They r all expecting something more frm u. Pls try to reach the targets.

this is one gud movie i hav seen over the days…it is one of the best of pawan kalyan’s…lots of ppl r sayin dat d movie is not gud, i wud say dat dey hav not understood the movie r not able to appreciate a movie vuh fun loaded…hope pawan does more movies like this…

Jalsa was a good work at pavans end.. Hope to get more from him in future. As suggested by one of fans , Pavan has to concentrate more on dance, then definitely he rocks more.
